Realazation hit her. She wa sin her bed... fully dressed? that was odd. She could swear she'd been asleep and dreaming of running into jake. She heard somone speaking to her but couldnt pick out the words. She murmured somthing and then rolled over and brought her knees up to where she was curled up into a little ball.

WAIT A MINUTE, somones talking to me after a moment of silence she decided it was her imagination. She let her mind escape again. She was partially asleep, but not quite.

Jake could not only feel and hear Rumor roll over, but he could see it, and after a such a long time of not seeing things, Jake was thrilled by it. He rapped one arm around Rumor, slipping it under her arm, and slipped his other hand under her head. She seemed about half asleep. Half in reality and half not, although Jake couldn't be sure.

Jake found one of Rumor's hands and held it with one of his. He wondered how awake she was. She seemed so peaceful. The whole room seemed peaceful, and it made Jake want to fall asleep. He was very tired. I love you Rumor. Jake said, more truthfully then anything else he could possibly say. Do you love me? He added the question. Jake fought to stay awake himself. It would be okay if he just close his eyes. Jake did, and at the same time buried his face in her hair.

The dream she had had had been very pleasant. She had fallen for jake and found what was right for her. She was almost asleep when she felt arms wrap around her. She realized she hadnt been dreaming, that was odd. But was even more odd was she wasnt rejecting the boy that loved her so much.

Rumor smiled and let herself relax. She had her back against jake and she wrapped her legs around his. This was how things were supposed to be. It felt so right. No wrongness lingered anymore. She heard jake's lovely words as soon as they left his mouth. She smiled but didnt open her eyes. i love you jake she said warmly. She felt his hand intertwine with hers. She brought both of there hand to her face and layed her cheek on them. Jakes was on top so her face was against his. She smelled his calming scent. It washed over her. Than she heard him ask a question. Mhm she manged to murmer from her half sleep.

Jake felt Rumor's legs rap around his own. Jake smiled. How was this possible? He simply ran into Rumor, and after less then an hour he was lying next to Rumor. Jake sighed, totally relaxed next to her. It was how the world was supposed to be. This was right. Jake didn't really want to fall asleep, but he did at the same time. He was afraid that if he fell asleep, he would wake up and everything would be back to how it was before. But he also was tired, and couldn't think of a better possible way to fall asleep then to fall asleep holding onto Rumor.

Jake was washed over with so much emotion when Rumor said she loved him that it was amazing, and it was all positive emotion. He loved the way her face felt on top of his hand. Jake loved the way she smelled, and the way she felt so close to him. Jake was unable to help drifting off into sleep. Everything was so right that Jake relaxed, and felt like for once in a long time might be able to sleep nicely.

Rumor curled up under the blankets. It felt very warm. To warm. Was someone else in the bed with her? Rumor opened her eyes that were still doused with sleep. Light had flooded her room. It was mid morning, maybe around seven or eight. Her room looked normal, but what was this.... She was still in her own clothes. Rumor couldnt even remember when she had fallen asleep. Than she remembered the thought about someone else being in bed with her.

She rolled over gently to where she was facing the opposite side she had been facing. Jake was in her bed.... Weird. She rolled back over and shut her eyes again. JAKES IN MY BED rumor sat straight up. She looked over at him again. What had she done to end up in bed with him.... She couldnt remember. She sat there staring at him for a minute. Then turned her head to where it was facing in front of her..... She was thinking. In mid thought a sneeze escaped her mouth. She sniffled and looked over to see if jake had woken up. Hoping he hadnt rumor started to get out of the bed. She pulled her legs out from under the blankets and carefully set each foot on the floor. She was still sitting on the bed.

Jake sighed in his sleep at the sound of a sneeze. He had slept hard, and he was totally dreamless. And it was nice. He hadn't opened his eyes. He was a little more aware now. He could feel the coolness of Rumor's body. Rumor's body. She was moving. Jake's eyes slid open a little as he watched her silently. She was sitting on the bed.

Jake yawned, and rubbed his face. He recalled the night before. She said she loved me. Jake thought. She kissed me back. He remembered. He smiled and looked, looked, clearly looked at Rumor with his blue, not white eyes. He sat up, sighing with the early morning effort. Good morning. Jake said.

Rumor stopped. Damnit she had woken the puppy dog up. She felt like sighing in epic failure but refused. Instead she turned her head toward jake and rested her gaze on his face. Good morning she said her pink lips curling in a small smile for a moment before it dissapeared from her porclein face. She was so confused but she didnt dare show that to jake. She noticed his eyes werent clouded over, somthing extrememly good on his part musve happened the night before.

She turned herself to where she faced jake. Her hands and arms used as supports to hold herself up on the bed. Jake, i uh...... i dont remember what happened last night she said finishing up quickly. She looked down at her perfect hands. She didnt want to crush Jake anymore than he wanted her to. She hoped this question didnt hurt him..... she hoped.

Jake smiled at Rumor as she told him good morning. Sleep well? Jake asked, smiling. He watched, confused as Rumor's smile fell. Why? Well maybe she just wasn't one to smile non stop, unlike Jake, who smiled whenever he was happy.

Jake was only half smiling now, unsure. He watched as Rumor leaned in on her arms. He listened as she spoke. His eyes got wide. Was she drunk last night? Is that the only reason she loved me last night? The only reason she kissed me back, the only reason she accepted me? Jake thought, frowning.

Jake decided that he needed to reply to Rumor. Ehuh... w-were you drunk? I... ran into you, or better you ran into me. I was walking down some street with lots of cars, and I was still blind, then you came along. You got really close to me, you put my hand on your stomach, and then I ended up kissing you. You kissed me back. Then you passed out. I took you hear, put you on the bed. Woke you half up somehow, I told you I loved you, and you said you loved me. I was really tired and really comfortable, with my arms around you, and I fell asleep. Jake explained, so scared she was going to say that yes, she was drunk, and to get the hell out of her home.

Mhm she mummbled. She had slept acceptionally well. She had no sore spots. That was actually one of the best nights of sleep she had ever had. She didnt remember if she had fall en asleep alright but she assumed she had loved last night. She felt happy on the inside where it counted. Everything felt kinda right, but she didnt know why she was out of place at the moment. Had she been in her right mind yesterday.

Rumor looked off into no where as she tried to remember if she had taken any meds that would make her passout. She had deffinatly not been drunk with alcohol if she had been. She hadnt had an alcoholic drink since the night with jake and mykell. She sighed. No i wasnt. I dont know why i dont remember. she said truthfully.

She watched jake intently as he spoke, wondering if he was telling the truth and hadnt taken advantage over rumors weakened mind at the moment. She eyed him suspicously. Your telling the truth right? she asked her gaze locked with his.

Jake listened to Rumor. Well it was good she wasn't drunk, especially since she was pregnant. Although it was really weird that she didn't remember anything... well she had passed out. Maybe 'cause you passed out? I don't know why you passed out. Your two thirds human, aren't you? Your heart was beating really fast. Jake said. Was her heart beating fast only beating fast because of Jake? Or were there other reasons? Was she just overwhelmed?

Jake listened as Rumor asked him if he was telling the truth. He was frowning. Yes, I wouldn't lie to you. Jake said. Did he really seem like the kind of person that would go and take advantage of a forgetful Rumor and make up a story just to be with her?... Maybe, but he would never really do it. Jake shook his head. I wouldn't do that to you. He said.

Okay was all she said to him after everything he'd said. The okay was in a happy toned voice. She didnt really care what happened the day before anymore, that was ysterday, today was a new day. The beginning and an ending. Leaving the conversation hanging she turned from jake and got out of her bed in a couple quick passing moments. She was probably over whelmed the day before but ohwell, no use in telling jake to go away at the moment.

She walked over to her dark wooded dresser and opened a droor. She pulled out a pair of white ankle sock, black breifs and a white tanktop that had spaghettii straps. She walked calmly to her bathroom holding the apparel she had at her side, once she got to the entrance of her elegantly decorated restroom she loked back at jake. Be right out she said happily and shut the door behind herself.

She turned the shower on. She undressed herself, she felt quite icky. She had probably sweat and god knows what yesterday. She slipped off her white bikini underwear and stepped into the steaming shower. The water hit her soothingly ina rythmic motion. She wet her hair and washed it, than conditioned. She shaved her legs and all that stuff girls usually do.

She twisted the knob to turn off the water and steppedout the shower, she pulled a white towel off of the towel rack she had.She dried herself off briklyand than wrapped her hair up into the towel. She pulled on the black breifs, sock and tank top quickly and than let the towel release her hair, it fell past her shoulders. She brushed it out and than blow dried it and brushed it out ince more. She walked out the bathroom the heat from her shower esaceping with her from the damp restroom.

Well Rumor seemed to accept everything Jake had said easily. That was good, and he was also a little confused. She had just said okay, then without another word she was pulling stuff out of her droors. Jake watched her.

When Rumor got to the bathroom door, and spoke Jake nodded. Okay. Jake said. What was she doing that she was in such a hurry for? Is she going through a secret escape in her toilet? Jake thought like a crazy person. But it was just something that crossed his mind.

Jake just sat on Rumor's bed, taking in the world that he hadn't seen in such a log time, everything seemed so bright. Jake walked into the living room. He walked all around the house, and looked out the windows that there were. It seemed so new.

Finally Rumor stepped out of the bathroom. She was wearing briefs and a tank top. Finally Jake thought to himself. It was just a thought, with no emotion or anything, in fact it wasn't even the word that crossed his mind, more like the feeling. But that came with an "oh crap" feeling afterword because Rumor probably heard his "finally".

Jake walked over to Rumor. He wasn't really smiling, he was kinda worried. So did she still love him? Was that just a last night thing? Or did she still love him? Jake looked into Rumor's eyes, something that he had craved multiple times. Do you still love me? Jake asked, his voice only a whisper-murmurish thing.

Rumors head snapped to the side as jakes thoughts ran through her head. FINALY?! do you have an issue with me wanting to be clean, unlike yoursel? she sent the thought to him. She hadnt even been in there that long. Maybe like an hour and that was a record for rumor.

Her eyes stayed locked on him as he walked toward her to confront her. She was standing up straight and she didnt even come to his shoulder. Jeez he was so tall. She tipped her head upward so she could look him in the eyes. She pursed her lips when she realized she had been breathing through her mouth. Her ears were acute for any sound that flowed from jakes mouth. She heard the question.

Rumor looked away from him. Her eyes resting on her feet. ummm she hesitated. She didnt know what to answer, was she inlove with him? She didnt know. She took a deep breath and looked up at him. I think... i do she said her heart speeding up a tiny bit. I also think i know why i passed out she said. She felt the same feeling she had felt the day before. Her eyes got wide and smile spread across her face. SHE KNEW WHAT HAD HAPPENED YESTERDAY.

I Remember! she exclaimed jumping up on to jake and wrapping her arms and legs around him. Her arms wre around his neck and her legs on his hips. She knew he could hold her better than anything else. She pressed her lips to his in an intesifying kiss.

Jake got Rumor's thought. I'm sorry! And I took a shower yesterday. I'm a dog, but I don't bath like one. Jake thought. He didn't mean for it to sound like he was gay, but it did. Jake giggled under his breath. But got over it quickly.

Jake's stomach dropped as Rumor looked away from him. She... what if she didn't love him? Would everything go back to how it was just a day ago? Jake felt like he was about to be sent back to hell. He was looking at the top of Rumor's head with a panicked expression.

Rumor spoke then. Relief washed over Jake. She did! She did! It wasn't just last night! Rumor suddenly out of nowhere had fallen for Jake! Jake was even more relived then he was the day before. He wasn't going back to hell! Everything was going to be great now.

Jake smiled hugely, and smiled even more hugely when Rumor exclaimed that she remembered. He rapped his arms around her, one hand holding onto her lower back, and the other on her upper back. He felt her lips hit his, and everything was perfect. Jake kissed her back.

Rumor pushed her lips harder to jakes. She smiled devilishly into the kiss. She let her lips part her fangs extended partially and she caught jakes lower lip in her teeth, she bit it gentaly and opened her eyes. They were nose to nose. Her heart thudded. It had been awhile since she had been this happy.
