Jake's eyes were open when Rumor opened her eyes. He looked into her pretty hazelish-green eyes. In Jake's opinion they were the most beautiful things in the world. Jake wanted to touch her face, but he wanted to keep her as comfortable as possible, and didn't think that he could move his hand off of her upper or lower back and hit that goal.
Jake sucked in a happy breath and let it slowly out when Rumor bit his lip. He couldn't continue to kiss her when she did that. Jake was finding Rumor extremely intense. He was almost shaking from it. backed up a few feet to where he was in front of the couch, then sat on it, still holding onto Rumor. Jake brought his hand up and stroked her cheek, and ran his other hand up her leg, body, and onto her neck, Jake pulled Rumor in closer to him and kissed her again. |

Rumor smiled as they sat on the couch.She wasnt in the mood for a makout session. She pulled away from jake and smiled playfully. Its to early for that wolfy she giggled and slid off of him to where she was at the side of him. She layed her head in his lap and gazed up at him. So, the imprint thing. Can you explain it further than youve told me she asked innocently running her hand up and down his chest.
Even though she was only a third vampire she had the seductive skills of a full vampire. She loved that. She was immortal and yet anything that happened to humans could effect her. Except her bodys was almost perfect, it would go back to normal after the birth, and she had almost all the sense of a vampire. The only thing different was she didnt always have to feed on blood and she could catch sickneses and stuff like that.

Jake was only slightly dissapointed when Rumor slid off of him and laid her head in his lap. He missed kissing her, although he had only ever had it for a day or so. Jake stroked Rumor's hair. Jake smiled. Wolfy? That was the thing that made Jake smile the most at that moment.
Jake thought about Rumor's question. Well, first of all a wolf imprints with the person that will cary on the wolf gene the best. That was how I knew that you were inevitably gonna be pregnant. It also automaticly devotes the life of the wolf to the girl they imprinted on. I don't think it can be broken. Jake said. |

Awe. i see she said looking down at her belly. She wondered if because they were both supernatural speicies that the pregnancy would be sped up. That was something she was going to have to observe to figure out. Rumor looked back to jakes face. You dont think it can be broken? so it can maybe? she asked one eyebrow raised. If only he had thought about that awhile ago.
She rolled over to where she faced away from him and rumors gaze swayed toward the window. Light washed through it and over anything in its path, today was going t be a good day, probably. So watcha wanna do today? she asked not bothering to look at the boy.

Jake frowned when Rumor asked if the imprint could be broken. Why would she want to know? Curiosity hopefully. Jake sighed. Its... I've never heard of it. I-In some books it can. And, there is some logic that I can think of that can only apply to me and you that could maybe break it that isn't one of us dying. Jake said. I deffinatly tried the dying part enough. Jake murmured. I don't want it to break. You don't want it to break do you? Jake added.
Jake decided that Rumor probably was only asking out of curiosity, but it was still a little unnerving to Jake. Don't be paranoid. Jake told himself, hoping Rumor didn't hear. Jake listened to her talk again. He wanted to do something, but he wasn't sure what. I don't know. I wanna go out, but I'm not sure exactly what. Jake said, smiling, and enjoying being able to see the world. The light. |
